Alright, so yesterday Local.fo wrote that there would be “some sun” today.
However, it would appear, rather surprisingly it has to be said, that it is a lot warmer and sunnier today than expected – 16 degrees Celsius with the sun out.
It is certainly nice weather to sit outside and enjoy the sun and drink a cup of tea/coffee or a glass of red wine (if you are into that).
Faroe Islanders have suffered a harsh and cruel winter and are undoubtedly delighted with this unexpected visitor (i.e. the sun).
