A lot of snow has fallen in the Faroe Islands the last couple of days.
What is more, the weather has also been really nice. Yes, it has been cold, around 1-2 degrees Celsius, but the sun has been shining all week and there has been almost no wind.
Yesterday, a couple of guys from the northern town of Klaksvík went skiing. They rented the Atlantic Airways helicopter, which took them to Kjølur, the mountain east of Klaksvík, and there the fun began.
