The first week or so of November this year saw excellent weather in the Faroes with negligible wind, relatively warm temperatures, little rain and no snow. With daylight getting shorter as we approach the darkest time of year come mid December, the charm of the natural environment can be striking on such days — as here, at the beach of Leynar on the island Streymoy, recorded on November 8th.
