G! Festival: Faroese chef Gutti Winther will serve a free meal of fish (bacalao) with mashed potatoes and sea weed, also there will be a beer.
The food will be served as a part of a food programme same place from 18.00-19.00, where also anthropologist Sunniva G. Mortensen and Ph.D. Agnes Mols Mortensen e.g. wil offer a tasting of Faroese sea weed.
The food event at G! is a part the art and literature event Always Coming Home arranged by local publisher Eksil with the Danish publisher Laboratory for Laboratory for Aesthetics and Ecology.
