KÍ Klaksvík’s 9-1 aggregate Europa League win over S.P. Tre Fiori ensured that they progressed through to the first qualifying round of the competition.
The Faroese Premiership side beat S.P. Tre Fiori 4-0 in the preliminary round second leg in San Marino on Thursday to follow up their 5-1 home victory last week.
KÍ will now play FK Riteriai of Lithuania in the first qualifying round.
Meanwhile, NSÍ Runavík are out of the Europa League after Ballymena United secured an aggregate win to progress to the first qualifying round. The Faroese side fell 2-0 in the first leg, and the second game, which was played in the Faroes last night, finished 0-0.
