‘Farmer Wants a Wife’ looking for participants from the Faroe Islands

FARMER! Are you single and hoping to find true love? Then this might be your lucky day as the Finnish version of Farmer Wants a Wife is looking for participants from the Faroe Islands!

“We really want guys from different countries and backgrounds and we think that Faroe Islands would be a very interesting place to film. We are sure Finnish single women would love to get to know guys from there,” Sanna Kiiski told Local.fo.

Farmer Wants a Wife is developed by Fremantle Media and has become one of the most popular TV shows in Finland. The basic structure of the program is that a number of farmers are presented with women from the city, from whom they choose one to be their spouse.

The filming starts by the end of July. There are no age limitations, thus Fremantle Media is interested in all Faroese farmers who want to find love!

If you would like to participate, then Sanna Kiiski from Fremantle Media would like to hear from you on [email protected].
